Stretching Routine

Stretching is both important and vital to keeping yourself from injury and is best performed before and after your workouts.  Rachel Wong has kindly created a stretching program specifically catered towards dragon boat and takes into account the more common injuries and how to best prevent them.  Below is a link of the routine she created as well as a video to show all the stretches in action.  Remember proper preparation prevents poor performance.
