Fitness section added to website

There might be rain at the time of this posting and you may be stuck inside but that doesn’t mean you can get a workout in to get stronger and become a better paddler.  The website now has uploaded a new “Fitness” section which includes a stretching routine and some exercises with how to videos and resource links.

Check it out either on the top of the menu bars or click the links below to directly access them.  Have a great rest of your day.

Happy Holidays from TeamDPW

Happy holidays to paddlers, friends and family of TeamDPW.  December is a month of holiday cheer and festivities and while many people take this time to slow down and enjoy the season TeamDPW has been busy with events and training for the next challenge.

October saw the USDBF U16/18 tryouts held at our very own Santa Fe Dam with youth from all over coming to tryout and compete for a spot on the boat, our very own Coach Nathan Salazar is one of the coaches, so we wish him luck and success in this process.

December brought with it time trials for the USDBF Senior B and Premier division. TeamDPW held a special training camp with the head coach of USDBF Coach Bob McNamara who brought his expertise and experience in the world of dragon boat to share with our team.
