W.O.D. (Workout of the Day)

From here on we will be posting suggested workouts. They will be posted the night before for those that rise early and workout early. Ill keep it simple at beginning, then progressively make it more challenging. I will show you some movements at practice, and try to put photos and videos together as time goes on. Also, I will show you proper form. The first few exercises will be without weights. So you will be using your own bodyweight. I will focus on several rounds of handful of exercises and movements. Respond to each of the specific posts if and when you have questions. I may repeat workouts so people can adjust. Please comment on this post once you have completed the workout so I know who is staying on top of land workouts we suggest. Feedback is always appreciated! Lets do this!

Warm-up
3 Rounds:m
5 side lunges on each side
10 air squats
10 crunches
1 minute plank

Workout:
5 rounds (only rest between rounds. Rest will be no longer than 1-2mins):
15 push-ups
15 squat jumps
15 full sit-ups
20 alternating lunges(10 each leg)
30 seconds of running high knees in place
